What
is Time-Efficient Managed Exercise? Let's
break it down. Time Efficient: learn how
to achieve maximum results from your workouts
in a minimum amount of time. Managed Exercise:
learn how to perform an exercise safely with full
control and concentration on the muscle group
you are targeting.
One
of the biggest excuses not to exercise is TIME.
Being in health clubs and gyms for over 20 years,
I have seen about 98% of the people wasting time.
Now don't get me wrong: they are getting some
results out of their workouts, but they aren't
maximizing the results they could be getting for
the time that they're spending in the gym. With
my method of training, you can decrease your workouts
by fifty or even seventy-five percent and achieve
better results.
For
the best results, you need to incorporate the
four aspects of fitness for a healthier YOU:
Proper Exercise, Proper Nutrition, Water Intake,
and of course, Sleep. For example, if you
were trying to hang a picture, you would need
a picture, a hammer, a nail, and a wall. Without
all four of these items, it cannot be done.
I
believe that the best way to obtain maximum results
is through an individualized program that fits
your lifestyle and needs. Your workout routine
will become part of your lifestyle, not just a
quick fix. What will be accomplished from living
this type of lifestyle? First and foremost, a
Healthier YOU: stronger muscles, more energy,
greater flexibility, improved posture, clearer
