When I first met Johnny four years ago, my first trainer had left the gym and me with a new contract that had not been fulfilled. Johnny came to the rescue and honored the contract with little monetary benefit. At that time, I found out that my first trainer didn't know what he was doing.

My primary reason for having a trainer is to stay in shape for skiing. With Johnny's guidance, he has helped me gain strength and stamina. He is a great motivator and is able to take you to the highest level workout.

My age is 57 and my goal is to continue skiing and being active into my eighties and nineties.
