I am a Certified Professional Fitness Trainer. I have certifications in
personal training and nutrition. With over 24 years of experience, I
have helped many people obtain their Fitness goals. Whatever your age or
goals may be, I will customize a fitness program and nutritional menu to
fit your needs. With my guidance, you will not only reach your fitness

I What is Time-Efficient Managed Exercise? Let's break it down. Time
Efficient: learn how to achieve maximum results from your workouts in a
minimum amount of time. Managed Exercise: learn how to perform an
exercise safely with full control and concentration on the muscle group
you are targeting.
One
of the biggest excuses not to exercise is TIME. Being in health clubs
and gyms for over 20 years, I have seen about 98% of the people wasting
time. Now don't get me wrong: they are getting some results out of their
workouts, but they aren't maximizing the results they could be getting
for the time that they're spending in the gym. With my method of
training, you can decrease your workouts by fifty or even seventy-five
percent and achieve better results.
For the best results, you need to incorporate the four aspects of
fitness for a healthier YOU: Proper Exercise, Proper Nutrition, Water
